從小都沒有慶祝聖誕的習慣，雖然生在澳洲已經八年了，而且很慶幸的在八年前認識了主耶穌，但是還是沒有對聖誕有很特別的佳節感。 Christmas celebration is not in our family tradition since young. Though I've lived in Australia for eight years now, and gratefully came to know the Lord Jesus eight years ago, Christmas still doesn't feel very 'festive' to me.
聖誕的原本的意義本來就是慶祝耶穌的誕生吧。因為神知道世人需要甚麼。 The original purpose of Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son. 祝願今年的聖誕有更多的人可以找到他們生命中最美麗的神賜給大家的禮物和祝福吧。。。 Hopefully more people will come to know the Lord Jesus as their personal Saviour in the festive season this year, it will be the most beautiful gift anyone could ever asked for.

Heard a msg which really spoke to me today: ~ soldiers are not made during time of ease / pleasure, they are made in the furnace of afflictions, that's why they have that strength that fortification within to fight ( a good fight of faith) ; instead lying down to play dead. ~ proven character produces a positive confident expectation of good.
Romans 5 says: We continue to shout our praise even when we're hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we're never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit! { The Message Bible }
1 Tim 6 says: Pursue a righteous life—a life of wonder, faith, love, steadiness, courtesy. Run hard and fast in the faith. Seize the eternal life, the life you were called to, the life you so fervently embraced in the presence of so many witnesses. { The Message Bible }

27 Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel, “My way is hidden from the LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God”? 28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
